Martin Property Group (MPG) is a family run, sophisticated real estate investment and development company.

MPG was established by Paul Martin & Patrick Martin in 1976 in Northern Ireland and has grown to become one of the UK and Ireland’s leading property investment and development companies.

MPG works across a range of sub-sectors within commercial and residential spheres to include; private and social housing, office, retail, hotel, industrial and leisure; and works with clients and partners from individuals, private companies, statutory and government bodies, charities, through to PLC’s and multinationals.

The Group has built a substantial UK wide portfolio over a forty year period and prides itself on completing complex projects whilst working with multiple stakeholders.

Martin Property Group is a multidisciplinary real estate company which comprises five core in-house divisions:

These in-house departments give MPG a competitive advantage and allow it to respond quickly to opportunities as well as challenges.

MPG’s construction division does not carry out any third party construction works but solely focuses on it’s own development and investment projects (as well as joint venture projects).
