OCCUPIER SOLUTIONS

Lombard House | The Martin Property Group

Lombard House, bespoke office fit-out.

We specialise in working with occupiers to relocate them from spaces that no longer fit their business purposes.

The Martin Property Group can unlock the potential of real estate, by taking the time to review your workspace requirements and identify a spatial solution that will suit your future business needs.

The Martin Property Group can either:

  • Create a bespoke workspace within one of our existing properties across our nationwide portfolio to be leased to the occupier.
  • Locate and acquire a property that suits your business needs. We will then work with the occupier to create a tailor-made workspace.

“Our philosophy is if we do not have a space to facilitate a tenant, we will buy one.”

Using our in-house design, architectural and construction team, The Martin Property Group can be your single port of call to provide an innovative solution to your workspace requirements.

We operate across all real estate sectors, including office, industrial, retail and other specialist sectors with particular experience in working with charities.

The Martin Property Group, Occupier Solutions services include:

  • Strategic occupier advice
  • Location advisory
  • Property acquisition
