The Martin Property Group is a family run, sophisticated real estate investment and development company. We are focused on the strategic and repositioning of commercial, residential, retail and industrial assets across the UK and Ireland. 

The Martin Property Group was established by Paul Martin and Patrick Martin in 1976 in Northern Ireland and has grown to develop a wide range of projects across the UK and Ireland. We have since continued to work across a range of sub-sectors within commercial and residential spheres to include private housing, office, retail, supermarkets, hotels and leisure.

We work with a wide range of clients including private companies, statutory and government bodies, charities, individuals through to PLC’s and multinationals.

 We have built a substantial UK wide real estate portfolio over a forty year period. We pride ourselves on completing complex projects whilst working with multiple stakeholders. The level of repeat business enjoyed by our clients is a testament to our expertise and capability of the entire team.

The Martin Property Group comprises four core divisions:

The Martin Property Group have in-house teams across each of the four core divisions. We do not carry out any third party construction works but solely focus on our own development and investment projects as well as joint venture projects. The Martin Property Group have particular experience redeveloping listed properties and properties in conservation areas.
